OBSERVED MAMMALS

Badger - A Small colony thrives here on one patch of higher ground
Brown Rat - See only rarely by ditch sides.
Fox - A frequent visitor to all areas.
Stoat - Occasionally seen by ditches.
Weasel - As stoat.
Grey Squirrel - Seen once obviously lost.
Water vole - Found in small numbers.
Short Tailed Vole - Found through out site.
Common Shrew
Pygmy Shrew
House Mouse
Harvest Mouse
Long Tailed Field Mouse
Mole - Keeps to higher ground.
Rabbit - Frequents certain fields.
Brown Hare - Found across site.
Long Eared Bat - Uses site as a feeding area.
Pipistrelle Bat - As L,E,Bat.
Common Seal - Sometimes seen at high tide under sea wall.

AMPHIBIANS AND REPTILES
Marsh Frog - Recent years have seen a massive increase in numbers.
Smooth Newt - Only occasionally seen.
Grass Snake - Becoming quite common across site.

FISH
Carp - Found in fleet only.
Rudd - As carp.
Common Eel - Found in fleet and ditches.
Three Spined Stickleback - As Eel.
Ten Spined Stickleback - As Eel.
